Our mission is to deliver authentic Korean cuisine for the people of the Fredericksburg area.
All of our food offerings are authentic Korean dishes, with the exception of a few appetizers and sushi.

Description
Choi's Korean Kitchen is a Korean Restuarant located here in Fredericksburg. Choi's Korean Kitchen cuisine is largely based on rice, noodles, tofu, vegetables, and meats for a healthy diet. Our traditional Korean meals are noted for the number of side dishes that accompany all of our meals. Kimchi is one dish that is served at every meal, made of fermented cabbage, radish, cucumber.
Our meals are prepared with little to no oil and are not fried. They are healthy and good for you meals that are filling and satisfying.
