Our goal at the Massaponax office is to offer the highest trained, talented, experienced real estate professional that one can find in the greater Fredericksburg area. How do we offer this even when we have new agents? Well, we offer a mentoring program where no inexperienced agent is alone in the representation of clients during the selling or purchasing process. We proudly boast that there is always a network of knowledgeable Brokers, Associate Brokers and experienced agents in this office who consistently offer their support and experience. We offer in house training including private sessions as needed. We also offer continuing education and post licensing classes in house. We have the support of Coldwell Banker and all of their training materials readily available. Several additional goals for this office and our agents include the increasing of our market presence and media exposure. We provide in-house training on the various ways to market our listings so that they receive the greatest number of visits from all forms of media. We teach our agents how to write descriptions on properties so to describe the houses more accurately. Our agents are strongly encouraged to be active in social forms of media. In addition, we encourage our agents to be active and involved in the our trade industry. This involvement includes both the Local and State levels of our industry while keeping in mind we must also support our communities. I would like to say we are overachievers in this office, but what we really are is involved. We are professional real estate agents who desire to be the best and offer the best.
