Services available to the residents of the City of
Fredericksburg
and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and
Stafford
County . No one is denied services based on an inability to pay. Most insurance and Medicaid accepted. Fees based on a sliding scale.
Services include:
Outpatient Therapy and Counseling
A Woman's Place - Specialized Substance Abuse Services for Women
Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Case Management and Support Coordination
Early Intervention Services through Parent Education ~ Infant Development Program
(Speech, occupational, physical and developmental therapies)
Emergency Services
Jail-based services
Medication Management
PATH: Projects of Assistance in the Transition from Homelessness
Residential Services - Group Homes, Supervised Apartments, Supported Living, and
the Sponsored Placement Program
Specialized Transportation Program
Therapeutic Day Treatment
School-based Services
Therapeutic Foster Care and Intensive In-home Services

Crisis stabilization program at the Sunshine Lady House for mental health wellness and
